Production Management


We have previously designed and implemented a Production Management System for a medium-sized steel fabrication company. This system integrated and provided a seamless process flow through the client’s separate services of Engineering, Steel Fabrication and Steel Erection. The system was integrated with a proprietary Material Management System, and Primavera Project Management . Creation Productions Ltd. also supported the client through the launch and implementation of the FabTrol MMS software in their facility.
