The Project Controls division of the company division specializes in the use of Primavera P6 Project Scheduling software although, as per client requirement, we have provided scheduling and reporting services in Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera Cloud. We provide a full spectrum of Project Controls services ranging from WBS design, cost control structure design, project planning & scheduling, to execution monitoring and evaluation, resource efficiency analysis, forecasting, reporting and project close out. Our Project Controls philosophy is centered on the Earned Value System.

Depending on client needs, our involvement can range from strictly pre-execution planning, to consultation on Project Controls implementation, to provision of complete project controls through the entire life cycle of the project. We are regularly called upon to troubleshoot and help mitigate difficulties in projects which are already underway. We are trained and experienced in the use of Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving techniques. Creation Productions Ltd. also performs third party independent Project Controls auditing services. While we specialize in industrial, oil & gas, and mining projects, we have been involved in a wide variety of other projects including hospital construction projects, ISO 9002 implementation projects and software development projects. As well as expertise in Primavera P6, we have a full suite of our own proprietary project controls software and Minitab Statistical Analysis tools to provide a complete Project Controls service.
