The Problem Solving division specializes in the use of spreadsheet modelling, database design & implementation, and statistical analysis to perform an array of services including predictive analysis, risk management analysis, financial statement consolidation. Past modelling projects include a diverse range from a complete detailed financial model of a credit union operation, to stratified sample analysis of fish populations, to analysis of quality parameter datasets from product assembly lines. Our solutions range from one-time problem solving events, to long-term ongoing management systems, depending on client requirements. In addition to experience, our staff also has training to ASQ-CQT & ASQ-CQE standards as well as Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving & Decision Making techniques, and Minitab Statistical Analysis tools, to name just a few.
